We do our best to keep it as simple as possible. If you have an existing accountant we will need to contact them to obtain certain details, which is standard procedure for all qualified accountants. There is no additional fee for this service.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"faq-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/taxaccountantsltd.co.uk?qa_faqs=how-do-i-pay-my-fees\">\"How do I pay my fees?\"<\/a><\/div><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Once you have signed up with us as a client we will ask you to set up a standing order for the fixed monthly charge. Our fees are payable on the 1st of each month.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"faq-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/taxaccountantsltd.co.uk?qa_faqs=would-it-be-better-for-me-to-wait-until-my-new-financial-year-to-start-with-you\">\"Would it be better for me to wait until my new financial year to start with you?\"<\/a><\/div><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>No. The sooner you join us the quicker you can enjoy our service. If you are part way through your financial year we just add the appropriate number of months work required to your first payment. If for example your financial year runs to March and you ask us to commence our work in May, your first payment in May will be for 2 months ie April and May and then from June onwards youll pay the normal monthly fee.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"faq-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/taxaccountantsltd.co.uk?qa_faqs=how-do-i-send-details-to-you\">\"How do I send details to you?\"<\/a><\/div><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>You can send us records\/data in the most convenient way for you email or post.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"faq-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/taxaccountantsltd.co.uk?qa_faqs=does-it-matter-if-i-am-not-local-to-you\">\"Does it matter if I am not local to you?\"<\/a><\/div><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>No. Our systems mean there is no need for face to face meetings and as such we have clients located all over the UK. We are always happy to speak to you on the phone or exchange emails. However, face to face meetings can be arranged if required.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"faq-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/taxaccountantsltd.co.uk?qa_faqs=is-there-any-advantage-to-me-using-a-chartered-accountant\">\"Is there any advantage to me using a Chartered Accountant?\"<\/a><\/div><div class=\"faq-answer\"><p>Legally, anyone can call themselves an \u2018accountant\u2019 without the necessary training and experience. As Chartered Accountants we have undergone many years of training and practical experience.
